Serena was born in Edmonton. She was raised in a small town called Sherwood Park with her great grandparents. She enjoyed running in her younger years. In 1983, she moved to Calgary to live with her grandmother. She went on to join the speed team at Lloyds Recreation and became the 1987 gold medalist for provincials, and was the 1987 Silver medalist for Nationals.
Serena has a loving husband and 3 children (2 adults and 1 teenager).
In 2013, the doctors discovered a brain aneurysm. She was put on the priority list for surgery, which she had 30 days later. This life changing effect made Serena realize she wanted to do more with her life that would help people make a difference in their own lives.
When She has spare time, Serena enjoys working on her Ancestry. Through this, she discovered that a large majority of her family found careers in law or positions of authority. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree because Serena share this passion of helping people with legal issues by connecting them to legal help through LegalShield.
Serena is personable, caring, and takes pride in assisting her clients in understanding their membership.
In June 2020, Serena applied to become a commissioner for Oaths to provide that extra step of customer service and value for her clients. Integrity is paramount to Serena and she thrives to ensure her clients get the best possible customer service experience she can offer.
Grant Pawluk was born in Calgary, Alberta. He was adopted at 6 months old into a very caring home. He has one younger brother. Later in life, he discovered through ancestry that he has two half sisters. His educational background is varied. He has attended Mount Royal College (Social Work Diploma), SAIT (AMET Diploma), and CDI College of Business (Computer Networking). In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing, camping, watching movies, a glass of fine scotch, and spending valuable time with his son and wife.
Grant and Serena first met in 1999 at The Brick where they both worked. Shortly after this, they worked together again at a print shop company. They enjoy working together and partner quite well together. They started this business because they are both passionate about helping people ensure that they have affordable legal, identity theft, and business planning protection because let's face it.... legal help can be quite expensive. They also enjoy working volunteer events in their community.
